No More Mr. Nice Guy!!!

So this is what I heard coming out of the mouth of babes today as I was coming up the stairs. The boys were indeed playing air hockey and having too much fun. I had to laugh out loud at that one. And you know that must have come from Daddy, as mom would not have said "Nice Guy."

The quads are "full" of energy. More than once it has been recommended that I take them to Yoga. Anyone who really knows me, knows that I am the most uncoordinated and limber person in the world. So the idea of Yoga is really foreign to me. However, since they do grind their teeth at night while they are sleeping, I decided it could not hurt. I was very lucky to find this great lady that comes to the house once a week and teaches the kids. Today they gave her a run for her money. She is a such a sweet pregant lady I actually felt very sorry for her, but she did say she was still coming back next week so hopefully they will give her a break. LOL.

Innocent looking I know. However, I did have to threaten to call Santa Claus and call off Christmas. It seems that while Bryan and I were cooking dinner (they all have chores and it was Bryan's night to cook), the rest of my crew decided it would be fun to empty all the toys out of the bins in the toy room. It looked like a tornado tore through and I was not in the mood. I should have taken a picture as it was truly unbelieveable. I must say it worked better than I thought it might. They had until I got to the room with the vacuum to have it picked up. I did not know they could move so fast or efficiently. I guess Santa is still headed my direction this year. Lucky kids. :>

Jay was gone last night to CA and I think that there are times that he thinks that I have this little fairy that comes along and does the laundry and that she also magically folds it for me too. (it would be great if I could get her to put it away as well. ) Why do I think this you might ask...... it might be that question that all stay at home mothers are familiar with...... So what did you do today?!?!?!?!?!? I realize with my husband, at least, it is more out of making conversation than it is accusation that I have done nothing. However, it does get old, so today I took a picture of part of the laundry in the works. I still did two loads of towels. I need to do all the bedding tomorrow. I must admit, laundry is one of my least favorite tasks. Why.......... because even though you can spend all day washing, folding and putting away, just as you finish, the kids get in the tub and guess what...... the laundry basket is full again. How does that happen? LOL. Sleep well my friends!!

So what did you do today? I often ask myself that, because it feels like I am doing stuff allday, but nothing to show for it. Ahh the life of a mother with kids at home. Chores huh? I need to look into that. give me some ideas.
